Any item from the Concepts range can be ordered via telphone or fax on 01797 225222 or via e-mail jondellar@aol.com Payments can be made over the telephone by debit or credit card or alternatively by cheque sent to our shop (Cheques made payable to “Concepts”). We do accept Amex / American Express payments and please check with us to make sure that promotional offers are included for this particular form of payment before ordering.
And as part of the Rye Chamber of Commerce initiative we now also accept payment in Euro’s in cash or cheque format - please contact us for an up to date rate. As a guide, 20/06/2009 rate would be £1 = €1.20
Any item can be reserved and we will advise you of availability lead-time. A deposit is requested when your order is placed with the balance being paid one week prior to delivery/collection of your item(s).
